Two years ago my sister talked me into going with her to AndersonRiverCrossFit. My intention was to work out for one week because it was free and then continue my own workout routine, which consisted of running around a track multiple times and adding in lunges when I was feeling really motivated. After my first week of CrossFit I didn’t want to go back to running around a track, I loved the different workouts every day and the added strength training.

Now two years later, I feel stronger and healthier than I ever have. CrossFit has not only changed my physical appearance, but it has helped my emotional health as well. Whenever I’m feeling particularly stressed and anxious, I know all I need is an hour in the gym. CrossFit is an encouraging, supportive, and motivating cult, I mean community, and I’m proud to be a member!
