10 Low Hang Squat Cleans 45/25 Dumbbells (start below knees)

15 Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups

20 Box Jump Overs 24/20

THEN

3 Rounds

10 DB Thrusters

35 Double Unders

NOTE-Do 2 rounds of the top WOD then 3 rounds of the bottom WOD. Once finished repeat until 20 min is up.
