Partner Friday

2K Row (each does 1k)

1 Mile Run (each does 800m)

3 Mile Bike (each does 1.5miles)

P.2 Does BF OTB Burpees (Use Parallettes)

Score=Total time(each burpee is worth -1 second to total time)

In the WOD you must do 1/2 the work before switching
