P.1 Will accumulate as many reps as possible starting with Hang PCs .P.2 Will run a 400m.
They switch, P.1 Will Run a 400m while P.2 does Hang PCs.
When Partner 1 comes back, he/she starts GHD Sit ups while P.2 does 100m sled.
Continue for 27min.
