BodyWeight Chipper

From: 0-12 Min

80 Box Jump Overs 24/20

60 Bar Facing OTB Burpees

40 Pull Ups

20 Alternating Pistols

BarBell Chipper

From: 12-24 Min

20 Overhead Squats 115/75

40 Front Rack Step Back Lunges

60 Hang Power Cleans

80 Deadlifts

Note- If you finish the Bodyweight Chipper before the 12 min time cap, relax.

If you don’t, stop and move to the Barbell Chipper.

On the burpees, jump over the bar any way you want.
