Partner Friday

2 K Row  P.2 400m Run (500m row intervals)

200m Sled 106/70  (50m intervals)

50 KB Swings  70/44  

100 Burpees (facing over the partner)

50 KB Swings

200m Sled

2 K Bike P.2 400m Run (.5 mile bike intervals)

35min Cap

Note- P.2 has to row a minimum of 500m and .5 on the bike. They may do more. Each partner has to run 800m for the bike and the row.

Note- If raining 18 liners. Down and back=2.

Note-If raining add 1k on the row and 1 mile on the bike.
