What We’re About
Injured? Don’t want to get injured? Or scared that lifting weights and CrossFit will injure you? To avoid injuries, we work toward establishing a fundamental moment baseline where movement integrity and motor control take precedence before any load is handled. Once a fundamental movement baseline is established, we can work towards your fitness and health goals. Our motto is protect, correct, then develop. You do the work, we will provide a safe environment.
